They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to answer questions no matter how trivial or off topic they may be. Whatever they're getting paid, it isn't enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accommodating ... Great place to buy Onitsuka shoes. Very honest.. my 3 pairs of shoes got lost during my shopping i left it unattended in some park area if the shopping mall. Almost an hour before i found out that i lost the shoes. Then i ask to costumer service if the have lost and found section.. I was one of the luckiest person that day cause someone with good heart send the shoes to the lost and found of the mall... kundos to all ???⛩️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of shoes, and the staff are incredibly helpful and extremely customer-oriented. It's probably the first time anywhere in Japan where I've had anyone help me into the shoes and go so far as lace them up for me. There are definitely peak hours where it's so busy you can't sit down or even grab a shop assistant, and because of its location it's a hotspot for tourists. Still, they handle everyone with grace and efficiency. It might not be the biggest or flashiest of the Tokyo-based stores, but I still highly recommend visiting.

Excellent services, well organized, well speak English. Two different types of shoes that made from different country. Start at around $100 for made in Philippines and $200+ for made in Japan.
