★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅展示場にあるモデルハウスはどこも大きくて立派過ぎて現実味にかけてしまうのですが、このモデルハウスは展示場内で１番小さくサイズ感がわかりやすかったです。
1階は床や壁に色々な質感の木を使用していてナチュラルで落ち着く空間でした。
シンプルで洗練されたモデルハウスだと思います。
インテリアや壁紙、タイルの使い方等もセンスが良く細かい部分にまでこだわっていて勉強になりました。
築年数が10年以上(正確な年数は忘れてしまいました)だそうで、2年程前にリフォームしたそうです。
モデルハウスでリフォームというのも珍しい気がしますが、建て替えなくても新築のようにきれいになるのもわかって良かったです。
工法や性能など詳しいことは営業の方に聞くのが１番だと思います。
 The model houses in the residential exhibition halls are all too big to be realistic, but this model house was the smallest in the exhibition hall and the size was easy to understand.
The first floor was a natural and relaxing space with various textured trees on the floor and walls.
I think it is a simple and sophisticated model house.
The interior, wallpaper, and how to use the tiles, etc. have a good sense, and I have been studying with attention to details.
It seems that it was over 10 years old (I forgot the exact age), and it was renovated about 2 years ago.
Remodeling in a model house feels unusual, but it was nice to know that it would be as clean as a new construction without rebuilding.
I think the best way to ask the sales staff for details on construction methods and performance.
