★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預かりの際、もつれを多く作ってしまってたのでいつものサロンにトリミングに行く前で汚れてたのもあってシャンプーともつれの処理をお願いしました。お迎えに行ったらコートがガタガタ。（フルコートのために伸ばし中のコッカーです）
もつれのない表面の毛も短く着られていてスカスカに。
難しかったら無理して全部取らなくてもいいですと言っていたのですが、毛玉を切って処理したようでみすぼらしくなってしまいました。
毛玉をためてしまった事と、初めてのトリマーさんに良く確認せずお願いしてしまった私も飼い主として至らなかったのですが、今までの苦労が台無しにされた気分で悲しいです。
切り落とされてしまった毛はもとに戻らないので、謝罪などは必要ありませんが、その犬の状態を見てどう処理するのかはもう少し考えて確認してほしかったです。

約一年経ってから、メスだと言われてかったハムスターがオスだと判明。
スタッフの対応は基本悪い。
オスメス関係なく可愛いので今でも元気に生きておりますが、判断がつかないなら正直にまだ分からないと言えばいいのに。
ずっと女の子だと思って色々女の子のように扱ってきてしまいました。
だから最近反抗的になったんですね。
ハムスターに罪はありませんが、スタッフにはがっかりです。
