み	みみはむココロ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鎌倉野菜のランチ後にちょっとひと息抹茶Maxをチョイス苦過ぎではと心配でしたが、程よい甘さでお茶の風味がいっぱいで、甘過ぎずに美味しく頂けました。横の広場や、お店前のベンチでゆっくり日向ぼっこしながら食べる事が出来ます。抹茶ラテは抹茶アイスと同じく濃さを指定出来、おばさんが抹茶を点ててミルクを注いでくれます。抹茶ソフトは、抹茶ソフトクリームはマイルドと濃厚プレミアムの2段階から選べます。オリジナルほうじ茶ソフトが有名 Take a break after lunch with Kamakura vegetables Matcha Max is your choice I was worried that it was too bitter, but the sweetness was just right and the tea flavor was full, so it was delicious without being too sweet. You can eat while slowly basking in the sun on the side square or on the bench in front of the store. As with matcha ice cream, you can specify the strength of matcha latte, and your aunt will make matcha and pour milk. For matcha soft serve, you can choose from two levels of matcha soft serve, mild and rich premium. The original roasted green tea software is famous

They have 5 intensities of matcha ice-cream, and also roasted tea ice-cream (which we didn't try because we didn't know how awesome roasted tea is at that time). They have another branch at Komachi street. We tried intensity #2. Next day we came back and my wife had #1 (least intense) and I had #3. I recommend to start with #2 since #1 can be too soft on the taste, and adjust from there ;) Final warning note: Many places have a smooth cream that looks like a McDonalds ice-cream with colorant. Avoid that if you want the real deal! (it usually tasted more to vanilla than matcha). We came across a few other great places later (specially in Kyoto), but none like this. Could not find any good ones in Tokyo (let me know if you do please!).

I rarely give five stars, but the service and quality of the tea makes this ice cream purveyor one of the best for matcha that I have ever come across. There are five levels of flavour intensity. 2 being normal matcha flavour. 5 being very dense. I had 4, and it was very intense. I would only do 5 if having something else sweet along with it, but plenty sweet it was, yet that didn't take away from the flavour.

It has several different levels of matcha but I always go for the strongest one (called Level Max) with extra matcha powder on the top! This one is located on the west exit of Kamakura station but there is an other one on the east side.
Z	Zeno Nihon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tasty little ice cream shop is known for its macha ice cream! If you’re a fan of this unique taste make sure to try the premium cone, or level max in a cup. Both come with macha powder sprinkled on top for extra flavor!
