j	j on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 写真プレート付きの誕生日ケーキを予約したくて来店。レジには若い女性の店員が1人。「いらっしゃいませ」など全く声がけがなく、仕方ないかとプレートを予約したいと声をかけた。終始無愛想で説明も十分にされなかった。ろくに説明もないまま「この日までに必ず写真を送って下さい。」と高圧的に言われて店を後にした。指定されたメールアドレスに写真を送るが返事はなく本当に送れているのか分からない状態で予約当日。ケーキとプレートを予約したと思っていたが、上に載せるプレートしか予約できていなかったことが発覚。慌ててホールケーキも買えるか聞いたところ用意できると言われてなんとか購入。説明のときに「プレートのみでケーキは付きません」などと一言欲しかった。もし当日にホールケーキを用意できないと言われていたら最悪の誕生日だった。肝心のケーキはシフォンケーキに生クリームを塗ってイチゴを乗せただけの簡単なもの。上にも間にもイチゴだけ。わざわざ店で買ったケーキがこれかと悲しくなった。 I came to the store to reserve a birthday cake with a photo plate.
