海を見ながら散歩したり、弁当でも食べながらくつろぐには良さそうな場所です。
子供向けの面白そうな遊具もあります。
牡鹿半島側には、広い駐車場も整備されています。
It is a spacious park maintained on the sea side of Seapal-Pier Onagawa.
It is a good place to take a walk while looking at the sea or relax while eating a lunch box.
There are also playsets that look interesting for children.
There is also a large parking lot on the Oshika Peninsula side.

There was a new park that wasn't there when I visited before. Playsets such as slides with the motif of sea creatures are installed.
