N	N Dai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相方が実家で眠って錆びついていた包丁がどうにかならないか？と悩んでいたので、一緒に金物の町にてこちらのお店に持ち込みました。感想は素晴らしい‼の一言です。久しぶりに本物の職人さんに出会えた気がしてホッとしました。気さくなお話好きのおじいさんですが、刃物を研ぐということに対する誇りと自信がヒシヒシと伝わってきました。錆さびだった包丁が見事に復活していました。お客さんの使い方等を聞いたうえで一つづつ研ぎ方を調整されているようです。お値段も高くない。皆さんももし眠っていて錆びついて諦めているけど、研いだら良いものなんじゃない？って思われる刃物があったら相談してみてもいいかもしれません。研いでもダメなものはハッキリ教えて頂けるそうです。ちなみに、相方は研いでもらったものを早速使用したようで、一言、「今まで使ってきた包丁は包丁じゃなかった・・・。」と、感動していました。こういった良いお店、できるだけ元気で長い間続けていてほしいものです。 How can the knives who were sleeping and rusting at their parents' home not help?
