★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤い橋を渡った所に古い社殿があります。丹生川上神社が今の所に祀られる前の元宮らしい。道を隔てて川の間に神武聖跡の案内板があった。

社殿は、色彩豊かに装飾されていたことが伺えます。
元宮の前には「神武聖蹟」があります。

御祭神は弥都波能売神（みづはのめのかみ）、『日本書紀』では罔象女神（みつはのめのかみ）がお祀りされています。
大体の方は丹生川上神社と東の瀧を詣られてお帰りになりますね。
是非、御参拝を。

本社、本宮どちらか片方だけ参拝することは片参りとなるそうです。
駐車場はない為、川上神社に停めて徒歩で参拝となります。
