★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12:59電話したが、電話が混み合っているためおかけ直しくださいと言うアナウンスが流れて、勝手に電話が切れた。火曜日のお昼12時59分に電話が混み合っていることがあるのだろうか? 多分、職員がお昼に行って誰もいないのではないのだろうか。結局お役所仕事で1時になったら電話が通じるのだろう。何を考えて仕事にモチベーションを持っているんだろうか？ 佐倉市と言えば人口が17-18万人はいるはずで、こんな電話対応良いのだろうか？ 本当に回線が満杯になるようなら四街道市か八千代市と合併してもっと大きな水道センターにした方が良い。
