It's a very nice gym. ◯ The staff is kind. The first step is to practice basic techniques such as jabs, straights, hooks, low kicks and middle kicks. Basically, all the staff will teach you carefully, and the method will be adapted to you. It also praises me a lot, so I get motivated. The young people who are often there are sociable and chat with all the trainees. Others will also use their experience in other martial arts such as karate to teach them various techniques. ◯ The trainees' products are good. Everyone greets me when they come to the gym and doesn't bother others. In the practice here, if you master the basic skills, you can sparring with each other, but you often see scenes where you give advice to each other and chat with each other through sparring. Some people are competing like a match, but all of them are choosing opponents, and for those who are still unfamiliar, they will be able to match their abilities. ◯ The facilities are quite substantial. There are 10 punching bags, so there is basically no time that people can't use. There is a weight training crisis and a treadmill, and you can do your favorite training. We do the disinfection by ourselves, but if you use it properly, it will disinfect it. There is also a shower room, but you don't have to prepare it yourself as it also has detergent. Hair dryers are also available. I'm comfortable, so I'll continue to attend.
