う	うさうさお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 卵の味がとてもする蒸しパンのようでした。ふわふわですが感動を感じる程ではなく、シフォンケーキよりはしっかりした生地です。プレーンと珈琲を買いました。プレーンは卵味！！珈琲はコーヒー豆！！と言う感じで素材の一部の主張が強い味ですね（笑）材料費がかかってると思うのでちょっと高いのはわかるんですがこの味に対しての金額と考えると…… ちょっと高いかなぁーと思うので次はないかな It was like steamed bread with a very good egg taste. 九	九十酉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素朴な味わい。でも僕等の知ってるカステラとは違う。いつの間にやら閉業したビデオ屋の空き屋に灯が点っている。近付いてたしかめると台湾発祥のカステラの店だとある。しかしまだ夕方5時だとゆうのに売り切れの看板！ソレからしばらく後日の午前11時、列が出来ていたので店員にたずねたら初回の焼き上がり分だけ当日受付可との事、あとの回は５日前からの予約で一杯だそうだ。取り敢えずプレーンタイプのハーフサイズを予約、受け取りの札を貰った、指定されたとおり５０分後品物を受け取った。甘さ極控えめ　従来のカステラとスフレの中間の食感。いわゆる昔の桐箱に入ったカステラのどっしりとした味わいとは対極の味わい。それなりに美味しいと自分は思ったが、好き嫌いは　はっきりわかれるかもしれない。となりの敷地でやっている食パンや唐揚げとちがって一通り行き渡ったら　終わるかなと感じるのだが？さてどうたろう？ Simple taste.
