宮内庁の職員さんが丁寧に説明して案内して下さります。外観は和風ですが、内部は洋風だそうです。
 The largest building in the Sengu Imperial Palace, which is located in the Kyoto Imperial Palace and you can make a reservation for a tour.
The staff of the Imperial Household Agency will explain and guide you carefully. The exterior is Japanese, but the interior is Western.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Kyoto royal palace area is a very large place and currently serve as a recreational park to Kyoto public.
The place feels very serene and peaceful, just like a small city forest. It's a good place to take a walk and take your mind off worrying things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This palace is next to the Imperial Palace and has a magnificent garden of it’s own. We had to reserve a place on a free guided tour which was held later in the day we visited. This was because the Imperial Palace was closed that day due to the Aoi Matsuri festival. It was worth the wait. Although the tour guide spoke in Japanese, we were provided with an English audio guide.
