前に受診した二つのクリニックでは、安心を得られず、悶々としていましたが、先生に診て頂き不安は解消されました。
前二つのクリニックの先生より私の話しを良く聞いてくださいました。
腸を触りながら、質問され、説明に専門性と説得力があり安心を得ることができました。
さいたま市内で胃腸クリニックを探されてる方にはお勧めです。

17年程前、父の直腸癌手術でお世話になってから、長きに亘り父を診ていただいています。父が今なお元気に過ごせているのは先生のおかげです。
今後も引き続き、こちらのクリニックへ家族でお世話になりたいと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃のムカつきや、吐き気が日常化して逆流性食道炎かも？と思い、こちらで診ていただきました。他の胃腸内科では、すぐに胃カメラの予約を勧めてきましたが、こちらの院長は症状も見ながら患者の意思を尊重してくれます。一度、本当に心配になり胃カメラもしましたが、看護師も胃カメラをしてくれた外部の先生も優しくて、知らぬ間に終わっていて安心しました。院長が出してくれる薬で落ち着き、最近は調子悪い時のみ通ってます。
こちらは予約制ではないですが、長時間待つことはなく、院内は綺麗でテレビもあるので退屈しないです。そこまで待ってないのに、診察室に入ると「お待たせしました。」と、声をかけてくれます。とても信頼できる院長です。

施設は新しくキレイで、free wifiもあるなど、非常によいと思いました。
スタッフの方、及び先生も、対応が非常に丁寧・誠実で、明るい雰囲気を感じました。
一点だけ気になった部分につきまして。
営業開始前で扉が開く前に、数人が外で並んで待っていましたが、できればレストランのように、順番を書いて待てるような設備があるといいなと思いました。順番通りに入らず横入りするような人が出てきてしまうリスクがあるかもしれないので。

妊娠の可能性があるとお伝えしたのにも関わらず、妊婦には禁忌の薬を処方され、そのまま薬局でも処方薬され、確認したら絶対に飲まないでください！と言われ、この出来事にショックを受けました。
その後、実際に妊娠が判り、さらにゾッとしました。
