★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創建は天智帝元(668)年3月15日と伝えられ、豊葦原東方の荒ぶる神を征討の当時、大神此の里に御腰を懸けられて跡を大宮の大神と崇め奉りお祀りされました。正徳5年以前の社名は根崎大宮大明神、正徳5年7月13日以降は正一位大宮大明神、明治2年以降は大宮大神となり、現在は通称『椿の宮大宮大神』と呼ばれ親しまれています。鳥居手前に駐車スペースありますが、鳥居横の神社看板が破損していました。
