その後の検査結果は次回と言っておきながら40分以上待たされた上で次回に結果を話すとだけいわれて帰された

かかりつけ医からこちらに変えて家族の糖尿を診てもらいたい旨を受付で話したら大丈夫と言われたのに、外来の看護士から院長(2019年から院長になった先生)は時間がかかるからとか紹介状はあるか、紹介状がないのはうんたらかんたら。
いやいや、紹介状ないとダメなら受付の時点で断れば？
受付た以上は診るんじゃない？
結局家族は色々言われていやになり診てもらうのをやめました。
そもそもここの外来の師長は上から目線で喋り、患者に寄り添う姿勢が見られない。
もう少し言い方や接し方考えるなりしたらどうなんでしょうか？
それと、自分の勤め先の院長の悪口を患者に言うのはやめたほうがいいでしょうね。

濃厚接触者になってしまい熱と頭痛がするため連絡したところ
4/15にコロナのPCR受けれるから明日4/16に来てまた電話してくれと言われたのでその通りに4/16電話をしたら、それは受けれる対象にならないから無理と言われました。何度がお願いしたところ受けれましたが、電話越しに小声で「しらねぇよ」など悪口が聞こえました。だんだんに口も悪くなっていて最悪です。男の人です。
