★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員は普通ですが、社長の息子は自分と歳が近いため、経営の心得が未熟なように感じます。
地元の求人広告の定番企業、入社しても長続きしない、社内改善も考えてない、さらにご近所の評判もよろしくない。
実に残念に思いました(あくまでも個人の感想です)
 Employees are normal, but the son of the president is near the age of himself, so I feel that the management's knowledge is immature.
A local recruitment advertising standard company, it does not last long even after joining the company, we are not considering internal improvement, and the neighborhood's reputation is not good.
