オシャレな空間で不思議で驚きの連続でとっても美味しいコースご馳走さまでした。
最初に出てきた桶の前菜から細かい芸が施されてて圧倒。
2品目のなんか忘れましたが口の中で美味しさがブワっと広がる様にウットリ。
最後の釜飯まで見て楽しみ美味しくご馳走さまでした?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和食とフレンチを融合させた料理を出す店は多数ありますが、多くはフレンチをベースにして和の素材や調理法を取り入れた店です。そういったところは和食の基本ができてないので、和食っぽさの表面をなぞっただけの物足りない料理になります。一方こちらは有名な料亭で修行してから独学でフレンチを習得されたので、ベースが真反対。コースの構成だけでなくだしや引き算を感じさせる味付けなどは完全に和食のそれです。半面、フレンチでの主張が弱いように思えますが、それでも十分に魅力的なフレンチ会席をいただくことができました。ポーションも多いので、コスパも良いと思いました。

どうやらこの店舗は2021年10月までで、どこかのホテルに移転されるそう。
とにかくコスパがすごい！この料理の数々とおいしさとは反比例して値段が安くてビックリします?お腹いっぱいです〜。
唯一のマイナス点がお酒の種類が少なすぎる?ペアリングを楽しみたいけども生ビールもなく、種類も全然ない＆日本酒も書いてあるものが売り切れだったりして、、、お酒を楽しみたい人にはちょっと辛いかも?
でも料理と接客は本当に素敵です✨✨
