★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ数年毎年お盆の時期に利用させていただいています。ペットがOKなのが助かることと、スタッフの方も親切で毎年同じ別荘を用意していただいています。使い勝手がわかっているのと道に迷わなくて済むので助かっています。別荘は周辺に分散していますので、初めてだと車のナビにでも登録しておかないと、道に迷ってしまいます。別荘地はほんとに広いですから。確か星、花、鳥、虹、森、空の街の６ッに分かれていてプリンスランドの周辺に分散しています。
We have been using it every year for the last few years. It is helpful that the pet is OK and the staff are kind and have the same villa every year. We are saved because we do not get lost in the way when we know usability. The villas are dispersed around, so if you are not registered in the car navigation system for the first time, you will get lost. Because villa site is really wide. Certainly, it is divided into 6 stars of the city of stars, flowers, birds, rainbows, forests, and sky, and it is dispersed around Princeland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5人で貸別荘を利用、繁忙期ではなかったこともあり1人あたり4000円程度で利用できた。値段の割に快適に過ごせる貸別荘であった。
BBQをしたが、3500円でレンタルできたので準備、片付けが非常に楽で済んだ。ただし、BBQや花火は周辺の別荘への配慮から21時までに終わらないといけないので注意。
星-1とさせていただいた理由として清潔感が挙げられる。自分はあまり気にする方ではないが、一緒に行った友人からは掃除が行き届いていない所がある、掛け布団が汚いなどが挙げられるので潔癖症の方は注意が必要である。
また、軽井沢方面から来ると有料道路を通る可能性が高いが嬬恋村方面から来れば有料道路を使わずに来られる。
全体的には値段の割に満足感が高いと言う印象であった。
追記
貸別荘から車で15分程の所にコンビニ、スーパーがあるのでチェックイン後の買い出しも可能である。
It was used at around 4,000 yen per person for 5 people who used a condominium and was not a busy season. It was a condominium resort that can be comfortable for the price.
I did BBQ, but because I was able to rent it for 3500 yen, I was very easy to prepare and tidy up. However, it should be noted that BBQ and fireworks have to be finished by 21:00 from the consideration to the nearby villa.
A sense of cleanliness can be mentioned as the reason for making it a star-1. I am not a person who cares very much, but some of the friends I went with have not cleaned well, and the comforters are dirty.
Also, if you come from Karuizawa area, there is a high possibility of passing through the toll road, but if you come from Tsumagoi village area, you can come without using the toll road.
Overall, it was an impression that satisfaction was high for the price.
Postscript
As there is a convenience store and supermarket in a place about 15 minutes by car from the condominium, it is possible to buy after check-in.

お部屋はキチンと片付いていて、備え付けの食器類も十分でした。
が、お部屋の中、特にトイレにコバエのような虫がたくさんおり、落ち着いて入ることができませんでした。
行かれる方は殺虫剤など持って行かれることをオススメします。
バーベキューコンロの貸出もあり、利用しました。コンロの設置、片付けをしていただけて、とても助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフは親切で対応もよく全く問題なし。別荘は分かりづらいところにあったが、車で先導してくれたので迷わず到着できた。問題は別荘。昭和の古めな物件で室内がカビ臭く、花粉症持ちなので、鼻がムズムズ。別荘外なので車通りは少なく、外で過ごすのは気持ちが良い。

受付とコテージは離れており、車で先導される。駐車場は3台くらい停められそう。
Used by 10 people. The living room is large and there are three bedrooms. There are two toilets and two washbasins. The bathroom is cold in winter. Surrounded by nature, the starry sky is beautiful at night.
The reception and cottage are separated and led by car. The parking lot seems to be able to park about 3 cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大人３人と犬一匹で泊まりました。一階はダイニング、リビングだけでもかなり広く、大きな和室、2階に2段ベットの部屋と3畳くらいの和室2部屋あり、もてあましてしまうほどでしたし、とてもきれいでした。レンジや冷蔵庫、皿やグラスなどもたくさんありました。お風呂は追い焚きはできませんが大きな浴槽で洗い場があります。欲を言えばトイレがウォシュレットだと最高です。ただ、受付の方の対応が全く親身でなかったのだけが残念でした。
We stayed with 3 adults and 1 dog. The dining room and living room on the first floor are quite large, and there are a large Japanese-style room, a bunk bed room and two Japanese-style rooms of about 3 tatami mats on the second floor. There were a lot of microwave ovens, refrigerators, plates and glasses. The bath cannot be reheated, but there is a washing area with a large bathtub. Speaking of greed, it is best if the toilet is a washlet. However, it was a pity that the receptionist was not very friendly.
