おおよその待ち時間、現在の診療番台など待合室でわかるようにされてはいかがでしょうか。
受付の方に、どれくらいかかりますか？と聞いたところ、たっぷり1時間はかかると言われたので2時間強くらいかと思い帰宅せず待っていましたが呼ばれず、確認しに行くと「今80番台なのでまだたっぷり1時間はかかります」更に1時間後、今度は別の方が「今60番台なのであと2時間はかかります」
で、結局5時間半。年始だし待ち時間は仕方ないと思います。ただ、それまでの時間あたりの対応人数で何時間かかるかは計算できるのではと思うのですが。初動の対応が残念でした。病人に配慮も欲しいです。

In the end, it's five and a half hours I don't think we can wait for the new year. However, I think you can calculate how many hours it takes for the number of responders per hour up to that point. The first response was disappointing. I want to consider the sick.
