★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三春町に引っ越すときに相談しましたが、以下のような対応をされ、結局、引っ越す時期は決まっているのに住む家が決まらない状態になり、非常に困りました。今後は、ここに相談することはないと思います。
・風呂を家主と折半などでリフォームさせてもらうことか可能か確認したが、1週間以上返事がなかった
・その後来た電話での返事は「長い付き合いになるので、そういう方とは取引したくない。他をあたってくれ」
引っ越し前でいろいろ決めないといけない時期に無駄な時間を取られた上に、家主目線で借主目線に立たず相談のやり取りすらする前に一方的にお断りという対応で、住む家を決めることができず非常に困りました。
他の人もこういう状況にならないことを願います。
I consulted when I moved to Miharu-cho, but after all, I was in a state where I couldn't decide where to live even though I had decided when to move, which was very troublesome. I don't think I will consult here in the future.
・ I checked with the landlord if it was possible to remodel the bath, but I didn't get a reply for more than a week.
・ The answer on the phone that came after that was "I don't want to deal with such a person because I have a long relationship. Please contact me."
In addition to wasting time when I had to make various decisions before moving, I was able to decide on a house to live in by unilaterally refusing before even exchanging consultations without standing from the perspective of the landlord. I was in great trouble.
I hope other people will not be in this situation either.
