エレベーターや階段に嘔吐物があったり、管理人室は物凄いタバコ臭
月極の更新は直前しかできないので、連休などで利用しないと期限切れになる

隣接する商業施設ヒロロに行く連絡通路は、現在封鎖されており利用不可。
古い駐車場のためか、スロープがせまく、すれ違いがしにくい時もあります。
