T	T K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年以上前なので今はそんなことは無いと思いますが、当時こんなことがありました。購入時に伝えられていた、購入後1年の定期メンテナンスをお願いしました。終わって帰ってくると、タイヤの空気入れをするチューブ部分をガードするキャップが前後両方とも欠けていました。当時学生でお金もないなか、なけなしのバイト代で購入したトレックのエントリーモデルのロードバイクでしたので、洗車したり、よくチェーンをメンテナンスしたりとできる限り大切に乗っていて、少しの変化も気づくくらい良く自転車を見ていました(まあ変態ですね)。その欠けもなんだかおかしいなと思い、お店に相談しました。すると、「元からそうだし、そう言うものだよ。問題あれば購入もできますよ。」と。その時お店には見るからに高級なロードバイクを持ち込んで相談している常連さんの様な方がいて、自分のようなエントリーモデル乗り、ましてやお金のなさそうな学生に当てる時間はなかったのかもしれません。しかし、購入前に親身に(？)相談に乗ってくれていた時とは店員さんの態度が全然違っていて、それ以来お店に行くのを辞めました。
