 It was polite and nice. I didn't have a branch office in Fukushima so I went to Sendai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの大江戸温泉物語に宿泊しました。お部屋も、二人には広くのんびりくつろぐ事が出来ました。朝・夕の食事も品数もあって美味しく頂きました（おつまみには丁度良かった）。
大浴場も広くて、温度も良くサウナも気持ち良かったです。
又、伺いたいと思います。
I stayed at Oedo Onsen Monogatari after a long absence. The room was also spacious and relaxing for two people. The morning and evening meals and the number of items were delicious (they were just right for the snacks).
The large communal bath was large, the temperature was good, and the sauna was comfortable.
Also, I would like to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり、積極的に説明しようとか、連絡しようという感じはしないですね。
きいても、紙に書いてあります的なこと言われても～。コロナで旅行代理店は大変らしいことが言われてますが、必死さは特になかったので。多分、大丈夫なのだろうと思いました。旅行代理店の利幅は少ないときいてますので、高い旅行代金もほとんど運賃や宿泊費なんだろうとは思いますが、なかなか出せない金額を支払うわけですから、団体旅行とはいえ、領収証はだせない、あとは担当に言っておきます❗️というのはちょっと冷たく感じました。特に改善を求めているわけではありませんが、単なる個人的感想です

Even if you ask me, even if you say something like what is written on paper. It is said that travel agencies are difficult in Corona, but I was not desperate. I thought maybe it was okay. Since the profit margin of a travel agency is small, I think that the high travel price is mostly the fare and accommodation expenses, but since I pay an amount that I can not easily pay, I can not get a receipt even if it is a group trip, and I tell the person in charge ❗️ I felt a little cold. I'm not asking for improvement, but it's just a personal impression.
