★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話では〇〇円と言っていたので、予算を組んでお願いしガラス交換をしてもらいましたが、いざ会計の時に提示金額よりも2万多く払うはめになりました。
事務の年配女性の方が対応してましたが、電話でもお伝えしましたが…っと声が小さく、なおかつ謝罪も無ければ、接客態度とは無縁な態度でした。
交換した後だったのでお支払いはしましたが、事務の対応は接客業としては最低な対応ですし、明細を見るまでは水増し請求でしかありませんでした。
請求金額は普通でしたが、聞いていた金額よりも2万も多く払うのはぼったくり感が今でも拭えません。
2万円は工賃の金額で、電話対応の時はガラス代のみの金額だったことが明細書を見るまで自分は分からず、また口頭説明でもありませんでした。
作業員は挨拶もでき、清潔感もあり、仕事は確実にプロの仕事が出来る方達でした。
ここで事務の女性を通してお願いするのは気をつけてください。

I paid for it after the exchange, but the office work was the worst for the hospitality business, and until I saw the details, it was only an inflated request.
The amount billed was normal, but paying 20,000 more than I had heard is still a rip-off.
20,000 yen was the amount of wages, and I didn't know until I saw the statement that it was only the glass fee when I was on the phone, and it was not an oral explanation.
The workers were able to greet and have a sense of cleanliness, and the work was definitely professional.
