★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此処へ来る人の大半は知ってるだろうと思うが質の良いマグロは殆どが築地（豊洲）へ卸され高値で取引される、故地元では余り物か独自ルート、或いは漁師直営の店でしか口に入れられない為帰って貴重と言うことで有る（笑）
As most of the people who come here will know, most of the good quality tuna is wholesaled to Tsukiji (Toyosu) and traded at a high price. Because I can't put it in, it's precious to go home (laughs)
