修理で訪れたのですが、終始見下した態度と気怠そうな接客をされました
他の自転車屋と開店時間が合わず仕方なく利用しましたが
金額も相場より高かったです
販売は別として、修理は絶対に行かない方がいいです

対応には以前から不満に思うことは多々ありましたが、スーパーが隣にあり時間が潰せるからということで利用していました。
しかし余りにも酷い対応に今後利用をやめようと思います。
I have used it many times.
I've always been dissatisfied with the response, but I used it because there is a supermarket next door and I can spend time.

店員さんの対応が酷すぎるし、料金高いし、防犯登録も１ヶ月以上経ってもしてなかったりで本当に購入しない方がいい！！
修理も時間、料金共に他店と比べて最悪すぎでした､､､
本当に行かない事を、心の底からオススメします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みなさんが書いてる最悪な店員はじいさんだと思われます。最高に愛想が悪いのですぐ分かりました。その人を避けて修理をお願いしたら不愉快なことは1つもなかったのでみなさん20〜40代くらいの店員さんにお声掛けして下さい。
The worst clerk you are writing seems to be the old man. I knew it immediately because it was the most unfriendly. There was nothing unpleasant when I asked for repairs while avoiding that person, so please talk to a clerk in your 20s or 40s.

気怠そうな接客、特に自転車が好きだから
自転車屋さんをやっているという感じではない。
何故この仕事をしているのか分からないが、
自転車好きでなくても、仕事としてやってるんだから、もう少し、まともな接客をした方が良いのでは…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドノーマルなママチャリのパンク修理にしては、高過ぎました。
チューブ交換したことを踏まえても他店の倍近くかかってビックリ。
交換した、以前の古いチューブについて説明も無く請求されたので信用が無いです。
二度と利用しません。
It was too expensive for a normal mamachari puncture repair.
Even considering that the tube was replaced, it took almost twice as much as other stores and I was surprised.
I'm not credible because I was billed for the old old tube I replaced without any explanation.
I will never use it again.

おじいさんが見てくれましたが、他のところで12000円で見積もりされたところを330円でブレーキ調整してくれました。クチコミだとあまり評判が悪いみたいですが。職人気質でおそらく不器用な部分はあるのかなぁって思いました！
わたしは特に何も感じませんでしたが、寧ろ丁寧に安く自転車を見てもらえて良かったと感じました^_^また利用したいと思います！

My grandfather looked at me, but he adjusted the brakes at 330 yen instead of the one estimated at 12000 yen elsewhere. It seems that word-of-mouth communication has a bad reputation. I wondered if there was a clumsy part in the craftsmanship!
I didn't feel anything in particular, but I'm glad that I was able to see the bicycle carefully and cheaply ^ _ ^ I would like to use it again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電動自転車の修理に2万近く払い、直っていませんでした。他の自転車屋にみてもらったところ、部品が違ったとのこと。以前替えたタイヤも、電動用のタイヤではないから危ないと言われました。近くて便利かと思っていましたが、二度と利用しません。あれだけ店員がいて誰も指摘せず、そのままとは呆れます。
I paid nearly 20,000 to repair the electric bicycle and it wasn't fixed. When I asked another bicycle shop, the parts were different. I was told that the tires I changed before were dangerous because they were not electric tires. I thought it would be convenient because it was close, but I will never use it again. There are so many clerk and no one points out, and I am amazed as it is.
