 There was a festival for the elderly and we visited the facilities, but the building was new and clean, and the staff members were kind and friendly.

入所者にはとても不親切、介護もとても乱暴にされるそうです！
困ったことがあって話しても無視されたり、呼び出しても来てくれたのが2時間後…その間に何かあったらどうするんでしょうか？
呼び出すなみたいな事を言う介護士も居るそうです！
もう退所しましたが、2度とちかづきたくもない場所です！
こんな事が妥当なのか…親切なふりは家族にだけ。
食事もろくな物も出ない…対応も最悪
本当なら星ひとつも付けたくありません！
