★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20万年前に始まった噴火により誕生したカルデラ(陥没)湖で青森県と秋田県に跨がる十和田湖です。雨水と湧水で満たされる湖は日本第三位の深さ(330m)を誇り、湖を囲む山々は新緑と紅葉を絶えず繰り返し我々を迎えてくれます。
Lake Towada is a caldera lake created by an eruption that started 200,000 years ago and straddles Aomori and Akita prefectures. The lake, which is filled with rainwater and spring water, is the third deepest in Japan (330m), and the mountains surrounding the lake constantly welcome us with fresh greenery and autumn leaves.
