自分がお世話になっている店員さんは職人気質で本当に親身になって相談に乗ってくれますし、工房の技術も確かだと思います。オールソールの交換はこちらで何回かお世話になってますが、他店より満足の行く仕上げでした。
たまたまシューキーパーの金具が外れやすくなってたのもサービスで直してもらったことがあります。
私も他の客がいて何分かは待たされた事はありますが、一人一人への対応をしっかりされているということなのだと思います。
