★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iphoneのバッテリー交換を依頼しましたが、失敗して本体交換になりました。スタッフ名が製品修理完了報告書に記載されておりました。受付・修理が松山。お渡しが渡邊でした。渡邊の接客態度は最悪でした。壊したiphoneの状態も知らずに接客していました。あと驚きだったのは、壊した松山が謝罪に来ませんでした。他の方の書き込み通り接客に難ありです。
I requested to replace the battery of the iphone, but it failed and the main body was replaced. The staff name was listed in the product repair completion report. Reception and repair is Matsuyama. The handing over was Watanabe. Watanabe's customer service was the worst. I was serving customers without knowing the condition of the broken iphone. 10分ほど遅れてしまい、事前連絡はしましたが、快く対応して頂きました。
内部も綺麗でしたとの事で、バッテリー交換を問題なく1時間で完了してもらいました。
受付の野原さんは親切でお話も楽しく、
まわりのスタッフさんも親身に対応しているように見受けられました。
駐車場はカメ北奥にもあるので問題ないかと思います。
