Is the Tomei Expressway currently under construction? The view is good nearby but the road is narrow around here ? There are dead ends ? There are no toilets so it may be called a park?

公園では珍しく高速道路が見渡せるのは良いと思います。
周辺の道路は狭いので注意が必要です。
特に小さな子供さんとかだと、公園の行き帰りは、保護者の方が手を繋いでいたほうが良いと思います。
It's a park, but it doesn't have a toilet, so I don't think it's convenient for small children.
I think it's nice to have a view of the highway, which is rare in a park.
Please note that the surrounding roads are narrow.
Especially for small children, I think it is better for parents to hold hands when going back and forth in the park.
