The soup is a little creamy and the backfat of the pork is rich and GOOD. The spiciness and taste were not so strong, so I was able to drink it completely. Regarding noodles, there was thick noodles on the menu, but as mentioned above, it is a medium-thick pre-prepared type. It's not impossible, but I personally like the chewy thick noodles, so it was perfect. To put it plainly, you can eat it safely. On the other hand, for dumplings, the skin is chewy and crispy, and the bean paste is a type that has garlic effect and makes the gravy juicy the moment you chew. This one matched my taste and was very delicious. Add vinegar and pepper. It's difficult to repeat frequently because it's far away, but I think it was a good shop because I was able to replenish the salt and hunger I lost during bike touring under the scorching sun.
