★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪気はないのかもしれないが、プロ意識も低くて、電話の応対が田舎臭くて、殿様商売…な感じのイメージは受けるかもしれない。
ただ人による。いい人はいい。
が、偉そうな感じの人にあたるハズレ率が高い（毎度同じ人が出てるのかもしれないが）。
言えば不備には対応してくれるが、言わないと知っておくべき事を教えてくれない、やってくれない、気づいてくれない所がある。
「民営化の方が良い」と思われないような応対力・気持ちを身に着けてくれると嬉しい。
