稲	稲鷲朗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/3　グーグルマップのクチコミで気になって突撃しました。相双は味噌に注力している店が多くこちらも味噌が主力商品です。入店すると何名か聞かれて一人と答えると当たり前の様にカウンター席に座る様に指示されますがパーティションも無く隣の人と凄く距離が近く抵抗感を感じました。水をコップで持って来てくれましたがコップが白く濁っていたのも残念でした。注文は味噌の気合い入りと鶏そぼろご飯を注文。５分くらいで着丼?味噌にしては異常に早いです? お味の方は相双地区に多いボヤッとしたアッサリ味噌ラーメンと違いコク、パンチのある好みのタイプです。麺も中太ストレートで悪くないですが具材は理想と違いますね…炒め野菜じゃなくて茹でたモヤシとニラが乗ってます。キクラゲも何か違和感を感じます。理想は肉野菜炒めが大量投入された味噌ラーメンですが最近は理想を叶えてくれる店の方が少なくなりました。一枚添えられたチャーシューには旨味が感じられず残念。鶏そぼろご飯は頼まなくて良かった感じの物でした。味は悪くないけどラーメンの完成度、衛生観念で??イマイチとします。 2022/3 I was worried about the word of mouth of Google Maps and rushed.
