It looks like a shrine with a lot of age. The garden was desolate and it was a nice place to visit in summer dusk.

坂上田村麻呂が蝦夷遠征の際に建立した1200年以上の歴史がある。
津軽三十三観音霊場第二十九番札所とされていて、十一面観音が奉納されている。
「霧霞 くもりて見ゆる 沖館も 祈る心に 晴るる薄雲」という詠まれている。
天照皇大神が祀られている。

Sakaue Tamura Maro has a history of more than 1200 years when it was erected during the Ezo expedition.
It is said to be the 29th temple of the Tsugaru 33 Kannon Sacred Site, and the 11th side Kannon is dedicated.
It is said that "Kirihaze cloudy and observable Okikan is a clear thin cloud in the heart of praying."
Amaterasu Okami is enshrined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 延暦10年（791）に、坂上田村麻呂が東夷東征の際、御堂を造営し歓喜天像と十一面観音を祀り戦勝祈願したことが創建の始まりと伝えられています。津軽三十三観音霊場29番札所の御朱印を頂きました。
It is said that Maro Sakauetamura built the Mido and enshrined the delightful statue and Kannon on the 11th side during the Toi east expedition in 791 during the Enryen 10 (791), which is said to have begun. We got the red seal of Tsugaru 33 Sannon Sacred Ground 29th place.
