営業設計は素晴らしかったのですが、施工管理がダメ。職人が適当に施工し(未管理)、改修もできない。非を認めて値引きはしてもらえましたが、見るたびに残念な気持ちになります。

The sales design was great, but the construction management was not good. It is properly constructed by craftsmen (unmanaged) and cannot be repaired. I admitted that I wasn't able to get a discount, but every time I saw it, I felt disappointed.
