高い窓口振込料を払わされるのに、「こちらに来てください」と言われ、カウンターに設置のディスプレイを操作させられる。振替や、公共料金の支払いも然り。コロナ禍で出来るだけ不特定多数の人が触った物は触りたくないのに、意味わからない。
更に何歳からだったかの高齢者は1日当たりの窓口の預金、現金での引出額に制限をかけているという。自分の金なのに必要な時に下ろせないなんてあり得ない。試しに「それでも必要な時はどうするんですか」と尋ねたら、「家まで付いていきます」だって。本当なの？
