★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 倉敷市内の打ち合わせを終えてランチにやって来たのは備中県民局一階の食堂さん、マイレビさんが美味しいラーメンを食べられていましたのでBM、満を持して訪問です。
営業時間は11:30～13:00．．．何気に難易度高いですね^^; 開店と同時に訪れましたが12時前まで貸切状態でした^^;
注文はチャーシュー麺（600円）＋おにぎり（70円）、湯が沸騰途中のため10分ほど待って完成です。セルフですのでカウンターで受け取る時に会計ですがトレー上に小銭ありますので自分でお釣りを取るスタイルになります。
チャーシュー麺、スープは豚骨醤油ですね、バランス良いです！！ 麺は中細ストレートで少し軟らかいですがスープに合った仕上がり、チャーシューは脂多めですがバランスの良い小サイズが花びら状に配置です。他の具材は幅広シナチクと青ネギになります。
おにぎりは厚みがしっかりですね、注文してからお母さんスタッフさんがしっかり握ってくれました^^
専門店ではありませんがほっこり頂ける昔懐かしい系の美味しいラーメン、チャーシューが好みでしたので近くを訪れたらまたお邪魔しましょう！！

The order is char siu noodles (600 yen) + rice balls (70 yen). Wait 10 minutes because the water is boiling and it's completed. It's self-service, so when you receive it at the counter, you'll have to pay for it, but since there is some change on the tray, you will have to change your own money.
Pork bone noodles and soup are pork bone soy sauce, well balanced! ! The noodles are medium-thin straight and a little soft, but the finish is suitable for soup, and the char siu is a lot of fat but the well-balanced small size is arranged like petals. The other ingredients are wide synergies and green onions.
The onigiri has a solid thickness, and the mother staff held it firmly after ordering ^^
It's not a specialty store, but I liked the delicious ramen, char siu, which is a good old-fashioned ramen that you can relax, so if you visit nearby, let's visit again! !
