閉店間際(30分前)だった為か、顔剃りは剃り残しが多く、シャンプー・ヘアードライも、よく乾かさず痒みが感じられ、頭皮や髪が生乾きのままお店を出されました。また、来店する前に電話で聞いていた料金と、実際に施術が終わり請求された金額に差違があり…。何よりも私が不快だったのは、店主さん(店員さん？)の接客態度です。
閉店まで時間がないとはいえ､こちらの希望するヘアスタイルを伝えようとしているのに耳を傾けようともせず､挙げ句には｢切るんですか！切らないんですか!｣と声を荒らげる始末｡私は､お客様は神様だなんて考えおりませんが､もう少し丁寧で人様に対して思いやりをもった接客を望みます。

Perhaps because it was just before closing (30 minutes before), I often left unshaved face, shampoo and hair dry, I felt itchy without drying well, and I left the shop with my scalp and hair dry. In addition, there was a difference between the price I was listening to by phone before coming to the store and the amount charged after the actual treatment... What made me uncomfortable above all was the attitude of the shopkeeper (clerk?).
Even though I haven't had time to close the store, I was trying to convey my desired hairstyle, but I didn't listen to it. I don't think that the customer is a god, but I want a little more polite and considerate customer service.
