It is the building where the prefecture's passport center is located, but I went several times to attend the conference room. I think it's an old building, but it is well managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一階のカフェ、セルフサービスで値段はあまりそこらへんと変わらないという不思議な店だったが、ワッフルは美味いし、飲み物も美味しかった。
休日の忙しい時間でも、そこまで混み合ってなく、買い物疲れを癒せた。穴場なのかもしれない。
