入院中に必要な生活必需品が足りなくなったから持ってきてくださいと電話があったので、急いで買って持っていくと、【駐車券は荷物の受け渡しでは切れません】と言われ泣く泣く払った 入車後30分無料で善意的な病院が多い中、公立の病院であるにもかかわらず、お金をむしり取る事しか考えていないと思うとこんな市に住んでたことが恥ずかしくなる。 たたが100円ぽっちかも知れないが、呼び出しておいてお金払ってねは理不尽すぎる 例えるなら、取引先の会社の方が 急いで持ってきて欲しいものがあります。と呼び出し、でも駐車料金は自分で払ってね。 こんなところだろうか。 このような場合、駐車料金は大概の場合呼び出した方が払うのがマスト。 呼び出したけど、払わないとなれば、相手に対して不信感や嫌悪感を抱くだろう。それが100円だったとしても、 100円で相手が気持ちよく帰れるなら私なら喜んで払う、ましてや呼び出しておいて払わないなどという選択肢はない。 呼び出しておいて、敢えて100円払わせて不信感を買わせるのが市民病院なのでしょうか? そんな病院見たことも聞いたこともない この意見は入院してる方の為に荷物を運ぶすべての方が同じ気持ちなのではないでしょうか? 改善して欲しい

歩けず、転んでいても腹痛が強く、救急外来へいっても良いか電話をしたときに、外来看護師の態度が悪すぎ。普通の時間内よりも検査とかができなくて、お金もかかりますって伝えて貰えるのはいいとは思う。ただ救急外来に行くか迷うくらい電話をしているなか、『まあいいや』とか『はぁ』って返事をするのはどうかと思う。一生この病院にはかかりたくない。もし死ぬかもしれなくても絶対嫌。

自分の彼女が瀧上先生に見てもらいました。点滴しないと治らないのにも関わらず点滴すらされずに薬だけ処方されて数日たって全く治らずむしろ悪化しています。毎回愛想が悪く適当過ぎるのであんまり気にってません。あと、待ち時間が2〜3時間もあるので気をつけてください。

救急で2度お世話なりました。他の病院は受付てくれませんでしたが、問合せ時も丁寧に対応してくださり、診察も処置も丁寧で安心しました。ありがたい病院です。

先日PCR検査に行った時に対応した人が上から目線でびっくりした。他の人は愛想いい訳じゃないけど普通で気にならなかったけど。皆と違う制服で1人だけ黒いワンピース着てたから派遣?かなと思う。完全に指導不足ですね。

家族が3日間38.5〜39℃を行き来していて、ご飯も食べれない状態が続いていたので、診てもらえないかなと思い電話相談(日曜日)。電話はすぐ繋がりましたが、自宅で水分を取って様子を見て下さいと言われた。何も治療や診察をしてくれないんですねと話すと、5分間も保留にされた。時間が掛かるのが分かるなら、折り返しか、時間がかかる事を伝えて保留にして頂きたい(怒)。戻ってきた電話も、当直の先生に聞いて来ましたが、自宅で水分飲んで様子を見て下さいと、診てもくれなかった。発熱外来受付一覧に名前を出さないで頂きたい。

先日夜間外来でお世話になりました。 行っていいか迷って電話したら「救急車呼ばなくて大丈夫ですか?」って言って貰えて、「できる限り早く来てください!」と快く対応してくださいました。救急車は呼びませんでしたが、到着後も素早く処置室に通していただき 初期対応ばっちりだなって思いました。 看護師さんもしっかり話を聞いてくださって わがままな私の言い分も通してくれて すごく救われました。 先生も、「しんどくなったらいつでも来ていいからね!」と言って下さり安心出来ました☺️ もしまた同じような症状がでたらお願いしたいなって思います。 トリアージで緊急性高かったのもあるかもですが、夜間外来で2時間半待ちとかなってたところ、行くとすぐ通されたので私よりも前から来て待たれてた方に申し訳ないなと思いながら処置室へ向かいました。

人間ドック後の精密検査でお世話になっています。 まず電話すると、紹介状はあるけど初診の場合は、予約は受け付けてくれないとのこと。 取り敢えず、病院に伺いました。 初診窓口に行くと「予約されてますか?」と聞かれました。予約は受け付けないと言ったよねと思いつつ「いいえ」と応えて手続きへ。 番号が書かれた受付票を渡された後、紹介状の内容から、2科を受診することになり、検体検査と内臓スキャンを受けてから診察へ。 検査結果や、人間ドックで引っかかった項目を、丁寧に説明していただき、大変分かりやすく、理解もできたと思います。 8時半に受け付けてもらい、精算が終わったのは12時半頃でした。 その後、精算へ。 検査があったので、結構高額でした。 診察後に渡された用紙を窓口に提出した後は、計算が済むと、パネルに自分の番号が表示されるので、自動精算機で精算。 車で行ったので、駐車場の無料処理(外来者は6時間無料)をしてもらい、スムーズに退出。 家に帰り、夜になって領収書を見ると自動精算機に入金した額より、2割ほど少ない金額が印字されていることに気付きました。 自動精算機で、実は領収書が2枚出てたのかな?それを、取り忘れたのかな?? 病院に、連絡しようにも時間外だし、翌日から週末で病院は休みのため、休日が明けたら電話してみようとかなと思います。
