★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This should be labeled as the building "T-Fronte". OK is a discount supermarket on the 1st floor. It's focus is selling national brands at lower prices so there are few store brand items. It's best for stock-up shopping, but they mark down items near their expiration date more aggressively than most stores. Member's card holders get a 3% discount for cash payment on most food items. Shopping bags are 6 yen each so bring your own bags.
Other stores in T-Fronte are Tsutaya, Tully's, Daiso, Nojima, a slew of clinics and a contact lens store. There's also a diaper changing station and nursing room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is discounted and they hold special low offers or temporarily low cost which is a good deal! Plastic bags are charged 6¥ per bag so it's better you bring your own tote bag and the carts need to be inserted a 100¥ to use them, don't worry you'll get them back! The vegetable isle need more variety of vegetables in my opinion but other than that, the place is the cheapest supermarket I ever been to.

Meat/fruits tends to be a bit expensive but you can save money by buying other stuff together.
If you want a cheaper deal, gyomu market is better but they do not have a variety in my opinion. OK store is my favorite grocery store in Toda.
