窓口で対応する年配の女性(名前は記憶してますが、伏せますね)何度か対応して頂きましたが、とても不親切です。そんなに人も並んでないなら、書き方など説明をしてくれたらいいのに、これでいいですか？って持っていったら、これもです。と。なら最初から言えばいいと思いませんか？他の対応を見てても、高齢者の方に対しても同じような対応です。他の職員の方も気にならないのでしょうか？
