いつも電話に出る金子栄子というおばさんの対応が悪い。・タメ口で話したり逆撫させる言葉遣いをする。・電話をかけた際、別の電話対応しているのにこちらの電話に出て「別の電話対応してるので待っててください」と待たされる。その間保留等もせず向こうの会話丸聞こえ。・時間を守らない。・間違い電話が多い。・一度決めたことを守らない。・責任感や誠実さがない。全体的に適当に仕事してる感しかないです。客のことなめてるとしか思えない対応。関わるとイライラしかしないのでここの管理する物件はハズレと思った方がいいです。追記ここの社長、坂本久雄ももれなくクズです。人をなめてる態度しか取らない。一通り説明した後に、「で？」と煽ってきます。人としての教養とモラルがない。
