★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店にいた日本人の店員さんの接客の態度で、久しぶりにお店で嫌な思いをしました。工場の外国人の従業員の方が誠実な対応で少し救われました。

そんなサービスの悪い店初めてだ。
もう店に行かないし電話も掛けない。
こんな商売してるようじゃ客が居なくなるのは間違いないな。
There was something I didn't understand about the tire wheel set on Yahoo Auction, so I asked the shop to call back and I was told that I couldn't do that.
This is the first time for a store with such poor service.
I don't go to the store anymore and I don't make a phone call.
There is no doubt that there will be no customers if it seems to be doing such a business.

同じ県内の出品者で、現物を直接お店で見せて頂きました。
スタッドレスタイヤをインチダウンしたのですが、純正品の鉄ホイールではキャリパーに当たり使えないので、どうしようかな？！、ワイトレ買わないとダメかな？と悩んでましたが、お店の方が車とホイールのマッチングの本？で調べて下さり、アルミホイールならそのまま使えそうなので、すぐにリフトに上げて実車に付けて、使える事を確認して下さりました(^^)！。
マッチングの確認から実作業まで、レスポンスよく対応して頂き、非常に助かりました！。
無駄なお金を使わずによかった(^^)。
やはり困ったらその道のプロに聞くのが一番いいですね！。
また店内や待合室も綺麗に整理整頓されており、水槽もしっかり手入れが行き届きよかった！。
対応してくれたスタッフの方や、他のスタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございましたm(_ _)m。

接客態度がとても悪い。
まず、挨拶がない。
そして禁煙と書いてあるのに
休憩スペースからタバコの匂いがしてとても臭い。
タバコ吸う時間があるなら仕事しろって思う。
社員ほぼ、仕事する気が全くない。
お客様に対する適切な対応がされていない。
外人さんの社員さん笑顔がとても良い。

If I have time to smoke, I think I should work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 贔屓のタイヤショップが混雑してたので、たまたまこちらに来ました。とにかく、店員の態度が横柄でした。安くていくらから聞きたいのに、何度も予算を聞かれ、答えたら「無いです！」とあり得えないと言う様にバッサリ。いつものショップに行ったら、全然予算内で買えました(笑)もう2度とここには行かないです。行く前に、ここの口コミを見なかったことを後悔しました！
I happened to come here because the favorite tire shop was crowded. Anyway, the attitude of the clerk was arrogant. I wanted to ask how cheap it was, but I was asked about the budget many times, and when I answered, I said "No!" When I went to the usual shop, I could buy it within the budget at all (laughs) I will never go here again. Before I went, I regret not seeing the reviews here!

製造年が古いアウトレット品がメイン的なお店さんでしたね！
中古のタイヤもホイールも綺麗にされていて新品と見間違える程でした！
掘り出し物でインチアップしたいので、ちょこちょこ寄らせてもらいます！笑
