This is a dedicated stop for limousine buses and long-distance express buses to and from the airport. There are very few cars coming into this Rotary. You won't get the bus wrong. The public toilet is located in a children's park a little away. Or a convenience store or JR station premises? The roof is on, but there is no windbreak, so it is a bit hard on strong winds.
