私も寝れないレベルで肩、腕、首周りが痛かったのが、１ヶ月5回の通院ですっかり治りました。
どういう姿勢が原因で悪くなったのかのアドバイス等も頂けたので、姿勢を正す努力など、個人の努力も必要ですが、劇的な改善に感動すら覚えます。
身体に不調を感じてる方には是非オススメです。
院長一人でやられてるのにリピーター多すぎて、混みすぎてるせいで予約取りにくい上に、良くなるともう来なくて良いと言われます(笑)
せっかく良くなったので悪化させないように気を付けて、たまに見てもらいにリピートします。

もちろん、ずっと治らないと言うことではなく、肩こりだったり、首痛だったり、頭痛が続いたり、良く眠れない、と感じたらお世話になっています。
体によくない姿勢とか、運動をすると良いとかも指導してもらいますが、なかなか実践できなくて、またしばらくして症状が出てくるとお世話になる、という感じです。
施術してもらうと、本当によく眠れるようになるし、肩こりもすごく楽になります。
