現在就任している先代の息子である社長は、とても酷い。
まず、社長としての自覚、責任感が全く感じられない。
雑用作業、従業員に対しパワハラ等、現場に入りびたり
社長としての務めが全くと言っていいほど出来ていない。
更に、自分の思い通りにならない従業員に対し、
散々嫌がらせをした挙句、容赦なく首を切る。
この様な大人になり切れていない者が率いる企業では
将来性は全く期待できません。
本当に、期待外れ時間の無駄でした。
