営業担当の方とも連携取れていてスムーズでした。

家の隅々まで見ていただき、今の家の状態を知ることができて良かったです。作業をしていただいたスタッフさんも、皆ちゃんと挨拶をしてくれるし、説明をしっかりしてくれる、と母が申しておりました。ただ、やはり他の業者さんと比べてお値段が高いです。その点で星4つにさせていただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 作業してもらった後、見てビックリ‼️説明された所以外があり得ない対応をされていました。コレがローン支払い中の家ならばリフォームを謳ってるとは言えないほどの、素人並みの仕事振りに愕然としました。クーリングオフしてもおかしくないレベルですよ‼️保証期間１０年とか絶対ないと思っていた方が良いですよ。１年未満です。ホームページは信用しない方がベターですね。今だけと20%オフなってますが年中している模様です。他の業者さんを見つけられた方がベストかもしれませんね。
