お	おおさかの恵里 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日、2回目の来店。気になってたケーキ屋さんで先日初めて行きました。ショーケースには美味しそうなケーキ、洋菓子が並んで店内の雰囲気も素敵でした。… ただ…店員さんの態度が宜しくないく残念でありません。いらっしゃいませも言わず、背を向け包装をもくもくとしてました。急に一言。「決まりましたら言ってください」…と。怠そうで威圧的。なんで、そのような態度なのか。年配の女性です。ロボットみたいに情のない接客。もしかしたら、ほんとにロボットかも。なんて。本日、2回目の来店。おぉ〜、相変わらずいらっしゃいませがない。作業に没頭、ほかのお客様を対応して気づいてないのか… 4人店員さん居てましたが… お、あの年配女性の店員さんも居てました。こちらも相変わらずの心のない接客。もう少し、柔らかい表情、言動を。せっかくの美味しそうなケーキが不味くなりますよ。 This is my second visit today. あ	あきほ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年か前にクリスマスケーキを予約して買いに行きました。受け取りは2階でお店の人がケーキをせっせと作っているのが窓から見えて、娘が一生懸命見てました。お店の人が気づいてくれて手を振ってくれたり、とてもほっこりしました。ケーキを受け取り自転車で帰ろうとしたら、さっきのお店の人が出てきてくれて娘用の小さなコップをくれました。ケーキも美味しかったですし、それからファンです。ちなみに今でも娘は大切に使ってます。ありがとうございました? E	Eamonn O'Neill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cakes here are the best I’ve eaten anywhere in the world. They are really well priced too at around ¥500 for a small cake. They also do personalised messaging on their cakes for birthdays etc. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
